Shift 24 has been a trusted partner of IDEAL Insulation & Roofing for over 6 years. With their guidance and expertise we have designed and completed several projects with which are very satisfied. Shift upgraded our Website with a functional site map & more valuable content to prospective customers. They made it easy for us to update with new copy, photos and Blog entries to help communicate what we do best to the market. They have developed tools & metrics with which to evaluate site traffic and goal conversion which is communicated in an efficient monthly report. Our Google AdWord campaigns were not performing well under our direction and after Shift 24 took over our conversion rates and monthly spends became much more efficient. Shift 24 introduced us to email marketing campaigns & the value of customer surveys. Their art department designed an impactful customer brochure that helps us communicate our entire portfolio. We expanded this artwork to everything from yard signs to door knockers and our email signatures.
